The client processes are blueprinted, and performance gates are defined. Client processes are mapped leading to the creation of a set of bespoke product templates, allowing clients to manage their own projects with their own standardised processes.A bespoke user manual and user guide are prepared to allow future users to successfully work with the client’s standardised processes and templates.
The agreed implementation plan, including time frames and key deliverables and deadlines, will guide the implementation process. Although Smartsheet is an online, cloud-based application, our experience indicates that clients generally prefer a level of technical assistance to ensure that hardware is correctly configured to run Smartsheet. Our technical experts interact with the client’s IT team to ensure that Smartsheet runs optimally.
Smartsheet offers a very user-friendly interface. Many clients prefer bespoke training, either one-on-one or in group settings. ACH provides this service.
In addition to the initial support during the implementation phase clients may require ongoing support to ensure optimal use of all Smartsheet functionalities.
